There will be 434 young people who will be hired to help current employees in the production of Fiat 500 hybrid and 500e. The positive debut of the new 500 hybrid will bring production back above 100 thousand units per year.

“To guarantee continuity of work in the coming years and the stabilization of new hires, it is necessary that another model be assigned to be produced in Turin and this is why we will put in place all necessary initiatives to reach this goal, which is also useful for restarting the automotive industry in our territory”the unions say.
