A significant novelty for the world of books, even if for now we are talking about a small share: Giangiacomo Feltrinelli Publisher srl announces that it has finalized the acquisition of 10% of the publishing house Adelphi. The operation – a note underlines – “strengthens an ancient bond between two publishers with a very strong tradition who, albeit with different profiles, find points of contact in the relationship with their catalogues, in the way of understanding editorial work and in the relationship with authors”.

The short press release then underlines that the link has several relations along the book supply chain: “the Feltrinelli bookshops throughout Italy are the most important showcase for the Milanese publishing house’s proposal while PDEa company of the Feltrinelli Group, has long been involved in promoting Adelphi books throughout the country”.
