“He wanted to rob him, he reacted and that man killed him.” The friends of Mamun Miah, a 27 -year -old Bangladesh citizen killed at the Park of Solidarity, at the height of Civic 393 of the Via Cristoforo Colombo, are safe. According to them, that boy, a cook who worked in a restaurant in Piazza Venezia, was killed during a bad robbery.
Mamun Miah was in Montagnola where, together with some compatriot friends, he often spent the evening. Some chat, for someone a beer after a day of work and then at home again. On Saturday, however, the 27 year old at home never returned. To kill him was a single chest blow who probably reached his heart launched by a man who is now sought. It will be the autopsy confirming it, as well as to ascertain if there has been an attempt to reaction by Mamun Miah with those who attacked him to death.
The carabinieri of the San Sebastiano station and the EUR Company who listened to some witnesses investigate the case. They were distant at the time of the attack, but they would see him arguing, in the distance, with a person in front of a sports center, not far from the house of the 27 -year -old, in via dell’Arcadia, where he lived alone. According to the friends of Mamun Miah, also from Bangladesh, the attacker would have been a clochard, which however has not yet been identified. For them he wanted to rob him.
In the victim’s pants pocket, however, the wallet was found with all the money and documents. That’s why in addition to the attempt to finish in the blood also other hypotheses, at least for the moment, are not excluded. The relatives of the victim, who are in Bangladesh, have been warned. In the meantime, the investigations continue. The carabinieri acquired some cameras in the area to understand who passed by that hour.
