This Father, that son. Loved by the Americans (but not only), Matteo Bocelli has opened the wedding of the year of Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez with a song by Elvis Presley. The son of the tenor Andrea Bocelli sang “Can’t Help Falling in Love”, in the silence of the island of San Giorgio and among the applause of the guests. The father, the tenor Andrea, was not present because he was the protagonist in Pompeii of a double concert at the excavation amphitheater, accompanied by the orchestra the Philharmonic of Naples and the Chorus that’s Naples.

Who is Matteo Bocelli
Born in 1997, face from the global countryside, Bocelli Jr. has long been launched in a more pop path of his father Andrea, but with the same ability to adapt to the most international contexts. He is the son of Andrea and his first wife, Enrica Cenzatti. Before him, in the family, Amos was born, who is twenty -nine years old today. Andrea Bocelli’s children, including the last one, Virginia, have cultivated the paternal passion for music and singing.
The beginning
Matteo Bocelli began his musical career together with the father with whom he duetted in 2018 in the song Fall on me, the soundtrack of the Disney film of the same year, the Nutcracker and the four kingdoms. Also to the father Andrea is linked the first 2022 album of the young singer: a Family Christmas, a album that collects some Christmas themed successes in which her sister Virginia also sings.
The new album
Matteo Bocelli has announced the release of his new solo album on social media, coming on September 12th.
The disc will be called Falling in Love and will be a new chapter of the singer’s artistic path. The project is preceded by the exit of the single to get to love you.
Lyric but ductile voice, Matteo studied at the Luigi Boccherini Conservatory in Lucca, perfecting the song but also the piano. The vocal talent combines a remarkable charisma and a stage presence from Star, a quality that have allowed him to limestone prestigious stages – including the Teatro del Silenzio di Lajatico, together with his father – but also to look out the world of fashion and entertainment, collaborating with international brands. In 2023 he released his first solo album, Matteo, where he shows a personal stylistic figure, halfway between pop, classic and contemporary ballad, with songs in English and Italian.

In recent years there has been a lot of talk about Matteo Bocelli also in terms of gossip, since they have been combined several times to girls known to the world of entertainment. We remember, for example, the alleged flirts with Miss Italy Carolina Stramare and with the model Bella Hadid. Matteo has always been very reserved, and consequently he has never confirmed or denied such attendance which, in any case, in the end they seem not to be the best.
