The tragedy of 8 December 2018
The judicial affair concerns the tragedy that took place on December 8, 2018 when six people died following an attempt to robbed with the stinging spray in the Lanterna Azzurra disco in Corinaldo (Ancona). Cavallari, originally from the Modenese Bassa, was held in the Dozza prison to serve the sentence. For some years he has embarked on a course of study in legal sciences at the University of Bologna and crossed the graduation goal. The surveillance magistrate authorized him to exit to support the discussion of the thesis, without the escort of the prison police and accompanied by family members. After the ceremony, however, he made his traces lose and is unavailable. Cavallari had been arrested in August 2019 by the Carabinieri of Ancona together with other members of the gang he was part, accused in various capacities of multiple pre -intentional murder, theft, robbery and personal injury, for having sprayed pepper spray to be able to rob the spectators of a concert by Sfera Ebbasta.
