Maritime State Property: seaside concessions, the municipalities of the ANCI “quickly adopt the annual decree on the canons”. “We ask MIT to proceed with the adoption of the annual decree, to allow the Municipalities to calculate the maritime state -owned canons for the year 2025, which must be paid by September 15”. These are the statements of Daniele Silvetti, mayor of Ancona, vice president ANCI and delegated to the Maritime State and Ports.
“As is known, the Mit-Met Interministerial Decree on the compensation for the seaside concessions-currently under examination of the Council of State after being boiled by the general accounting-also intervenes on the unitary amounts of the canons for concessions, issued from scratch or renewed, with tourist-recreational purposes of areas, maritime state appurtenances and water mirrors.
“It is – underlines the Anci delegate – a very complex calculation system. In fact, the update of the fees provides for a linear increase of 10% of all the amounts provided for by the previous legislation, to which the ISTAT revaluations must be applied since 1999. The new fees apply from 1 April 2025; this makes it presume that, for the first quarter of this year, the previous amounts remain in force.
“In the face of this complexity – continues Silvetti – we ask MIT, as soon as the process of the compensation decree is concluded, to provide official indications regarding the unitary measures of the updated fees for 2025. The revenue of this entry does not go, even in the slightest part, for the benefit of the municipalities, on which only the charges of the administrative activity required fall”.
“Sport in the Region”, informing in a clear and qualified way on tools and investment opportunities in favor of the world of sport: this is the objective of “Sport in the Region”, the initiative that the Italian Regions launched during the fourth edition of the Festival Italy of the Regionswhich took place in Venice from 18 to 20 May 2025.
The project starts from the awareness that sport represents a fundamental right, sanctioned by article 33 of the Constitution. The development of sports activities represents the prerequisite for strengthening social and territorial cohesion, promoting inclusion and equal opportunities. Hence the commitment of the Regions to consolidate institutional collaboration, to transform resources and tools into concrete actions, capable of positively affecting citizens’ lives.
“Sport in the Region” accompanies the territories in the orientation path and access to the numerous available loans such as, for example, the calls for the energy efficiency of the facilities and the measures and incentives for the redevelopment of obsolete sports facilities, with a direct impact also on urban regeneration.
During the territorial meetings, in fact, all the opportunities made available by the Minister for Sport and young people, by Sport and Health, by the Institute for Sports and Cultural Credit and the Manager of Energy Services (GSE) will be presented.
“Sport in the Region” will be a itinerant initiative: born from the collaboration table with the Minister for Sport and young people, Andrea Abodi, inaugurated in November 2024 and co-president by the Coordinator of the Sports Commission and President of the Basilicata Region, promises to arrive in the territories of all regions and autonomous provinces, who intend to host and carry out the event.
The stages of sport in the region: first stage Basilicata. The “Sport in the Region” path kicked off on 19 June in Basilicata, with an event dedicated to the presentation of the tools available to support sport at the local level.
On this occasion, the President of the Conference of the Regions and the Autonomous Provinces, Massimiliano Fedriga, and the Minister for Sport and young people, Andrea Abadi, have signed the “Pact for Sport”: an agreement aimed at strengthening interinstitutional cooperation and defining the necessary interventions to conceive and implement public policies in the sports field, ensuring the unit of the system, an efficient use of resources distribution.
