In the episodes of the last week of The promiseon air from 6 to 10 May on Canale 5, Simona and Candela continue their strike to be able to go out and look for Don Carlos, putting the rest of the servants in difficulty. Cruz has contacted a famous cabinetmaker to make the cradle for her unborn child, but Jimena doesn’t like her imposition and tells her that she will prefer to use the one from her childhood, upsetting Cruz.
Maria confesses to Teresa that she suffers from the situation between Lope and Salvador, and that she feels responsible. Cruz talks to Manuel about her discussion with Jimena, who in turn explains to her husband that she doesn’t want to submit to Cruz’s arrogance, and that she feels neglected by him, so Manuel confirms that they will use her old crib.
Margarita explains to Cruz that she is meddling in their family life by allowing Martina to stay at La Promessa, and asks her to leave her alone, threatening to reveal a secret of the Marquises.
Romulo reports to Pia that Gregorio will be transferred away from Luján to await trial.
