The funeral of Samuele Fuschi, the 38-year-old man who died in an accident in Viale Regione Siciliana in Palermo, was celebrated. The church of San Saverio all’Albergheria was full of relatives, friends and residents of the neighborhood who said their final goodbyes to Samuele. The religious function was celebrated by the parish priest of San Saverio Massimiliano Lo Chirco.
The anger of relatives and friends

The prosecutor’s file
A file has been opened by the Palermo prosecutor’s office on the causes of Samuele Fuschi’s death and the conditions of the asphalt. The experts will have to ascertain how much of the death was caused by the pothole and how much by a series of contributing factors such as speed and whether or not the motorcyclist was wearing the helmet which was found fastened tens of meters from the accident. The stretch of Viale Regione Siciliana remains seized to allow the technicians who will be appointed to carry out all the technical checks. The responsibilities of the municipal administration must also be ascertained.
