As reported by Football & Finance, DAZN is already working on the future and planning the next season. 2024/25 will be the first football season of the new five-year agreement with the A league for TV rights. An agreement that will see the platform still be the main player (with the broadcast of all 380 matches) and which will bring 900 million euros per season into the clubs’ coffers.
Of these, 700 million will come from DAZN, with which a “revenue sharing” system has also been studied, which in the League’s most conservative estimates should lead the clubs to collect at least 960 million euros.
The new DAZN prices
DAZN is currently informing annual season ticket holders of the price list adjustment in view of the 2024/25 season and of the possible alternatives for those who have signed up for an annual season ticket.
Start: from 8.25 euros per month
Starting from the base, the Start plan (multisport package, which does not include Serie A) has a price starting from 8.25 euros per month if you opt for the Annual pass or 11.99 euros per month for the 12 installment formula months. The prices are those already communicated in January and have not changed. With the Start plan subscription, the user can watch all Italian and European basketball, volleyball with an offer that has recently been enriched with the best international women’s and men’s cups (Nations League, Club World Cup, Beach Soccer and much more) and women’s football with the UEFA Women’s Champions League.
Standard: from 29.91 euros per month
We then move on to the Standard plan. The package includes viewing of the entire 2024/25 Serie A. The price starts from 29.91 euros per month if you opt for the “annual” plan with advance payment or 34.99 euros per month if you opt for the one paid in installments over 12 months, confirming the January price list. With this subscription you can watch the entire Serie A, LaLiga, the best of the Portuguese La Liga, all Italian and European basketball, volleyball with international competitions, the complete Eurosport offer with HD channels 1 and 2 enriched in just a few days with 6 new thematic channels that will be activated in view of the Olympics, the NFL, the world of combat sports and much more.
Plus: from 49.92 euros per month
Finally, the Plus plan, a “family” package that allows you to watch live content simultaneously on two different internet networks starting from 49.92 euros per month (if you opt for an annual subscription with advance payment or 59.99 euros per month if you opt for the one paid in installments over 12 months. Even with this subscription you can watch the entire Serie A, LaLiga (whose TV rights have been renewed until the end of the 2028/29 season), the best of the Portuguese La Liga, all Italian and European basketball, Volleyball with international competitions, the complete Eurosport offer with HD channels 1 and 2 enriched in a few days with 6 new thematic channels that will be activated in view of the Olympics, the NFL, the world combat sports and much more.
