Fausto Puglisi was awarded the Guido Carli Award. It was held in the Roman capital, in the multipurpose space Music park auditorium, the fifteenth celebration of the event promoted by the foundation of the same name. Every year the recognition pays homage to national entrepreneurs and creative talents who stand out for excellence, professionalism and dedication and this year it awarded the creative director of the maison Roberto Cavalli.
There Guido Carli Foundationfounded and led by Romana Liuzzi, recognized in the designer the characteristics that he has chosen to reward for fifteen years. «The Puglisi model tends to be able to represent the time in which it lives. The Guido Carli Foundation and the prize of the same name were established by Romana Liuzzo, in order to celebrate the memory of her grandfather Guido Carliwho was president of for 15 years Bank of Italyas well as treasury minister in the late 1980s and early 1990s and president of Confindustria, the association of Italian entrepreneurs. Fausto Puglisi, born in 1976, Sicilian by birth and Californian by adoption, was the founder of the brand that bears his name and is, starting from 2020, under the creative direction of Roberto Cavalli.
