Thus, «The gold of Tignale», is the title of the packed program of events which until Sunday 19 May will celebrate the history of the excellences of Tignale and Garda with walks, guided tours of the lemon grove and oil mill, tastings, workshops and much more. It will be the story of a territory and its tradition.
The program of the «L’oro di Tignale» festival, organized by the Single Tourism Office, is very extensive (you can find it here).
Sunday 12th it will be one of the key days, with the walk on the lemon path, the visit to the Pra lemon house with a welcome drink and, in Gardola, the stands for tasting typical products.
For the occasion, they can be tasted in participating restaurants and bars dishes and aperitifs dedicated to the excellence of the territory.
There will also be opportunities to discover the Cima Piemp alpine refuge, to track down the legendary bandit Zanzanù or walk in the woods with alpacas.
Not to be missed, Saturday 18th, the day organized as part of BioBlitzLombardia “Become a scientist for a day”, with excursions, biodiversity workshops for young naturalists, botanical treasure hunts and more.
The curtain on the festival will fall on Sunday 19th at 8pm with the theatrical show for the whole family, to be followed with wireless headphones, «The Wolf and the Child», by Manuel Renga.
