TERNI – The Municipality does it yourself, just to fix the roads. Palazzo Spada “spends on it”, as they say in Terni. For a truck 150 thousand euros and for a telescopic wheel loader 102 thousand. Plus 22% VAT and incentives of 5 thousand euros, for a total of 313,260 euros. “He spends on it” because then, with the ownership of the means, he is autonomous.
But it doesn’t do the same with the stages. He rents those. Decision number 1,104 is clear: since the stage owned by the Municipality has deteriorated, another one will be rented for 30 days. Cost? 1,464 euros. More or less how much it would have cost to renovate it. Of course, 5 thousand wouldn’t have been born to buy it back. But the rental is not from Giunta Bandecchi. Rather, will Bandecchi know that for the regional elections you will have to resort to renting the stage again? Another 30 days, another 1,500 euros.
«The aim that the administration intends to achieve is to guarantee the regular conduct of electoral propaganda in the 30 days prior to the consultations on Saturday 8 and Sunday 9 June 2024. The object of the contract is the rental, transport and on-site testing in accordance with by law of a platform for electoral propaganda”.
