Tadej Pogacar won the individual time trial Foligno-Perugia Tudor of 40.6 km, valid as the seventh stage of the Tour of Italy. The Slovenian (UAE Team Emirates), leader of the general classification, has preceded by the Italian Filippo Ganna (Ineos Grenadiers).

Ranked Pogacar rises to 2.36 seconds ahead of Colombian Daniel Martinez (Bora-Hansgrohe), Thomas slips to third place at 2.46. The eighth stage is scheduled for tomorrowthe Spoleto-Prati of Tivo of 152 km, with an uphill finish.
