The Honda NSX that belonged to Ayrton Senna is for sale. An amazing price for a 1991 example with relatively few kilometres
The name of Ayrton Senna it is one of those that enlightens four-wheel enthusiasts all over the world. Many remember that legendary video of Ayrton intent on driving the supercar Honda NSX, with moccasin and white sock, on the Suzuka track. An indelible piece of Ayrton’s legend. The car for sale at the British dealer is red with the roof and pillars painted black, and was built in 1991. It has around 39,000 miles on it, just over 67,000 km. From the photos, the state of conservation seems excellent, both in terms of the exterior and the interior. The asking price for this flaming custom-built car from the early Nineties is far higher than the normal asking price, which is around 90,000 euros. Here the Senna factor has a significant impact.
In fact, for the former Brazilian driver’s NSX the request is 500 thousand pounds which, in euros, was just over 580 thousand euros. A price above what it would take to put a modern supercar from a top brand in the garage and with a power that is clearly above the “few” 274 HP found under the hood of the NSX. However, having belonged to a legend makes this example one of a kind.

Ayrton Senna contributed to the development of the NSX.
