The Italian tennis internationals immediately lose Lorenzo Musetti. The 22-year-old tennis player from Carrara, number 29 in the world, retires after losing the first set at the Centrale del Foro Italico 7-5 against the Frenchman Terence Atmane. Visibly out of condition, the blue player played the first set without forcing, but succumbed to his opponent.
