Pulito’s agenda includes the provision of the Covid bonus and a series of hires to complete the 118 staff

TARANTO – The new administrator of Sanitaservice of Taranto, Pino Pulito, took office just over a month ago, but he already has clear ideas about how to proceed and which path “his” company will have to travel on. A path that Pulito wanted to illustrate this morning in his first meeting with the unions. Two hours of discussion, surrounded by a serene atmosphere, in which some of the numerous issues that the previous management had left unresolved were addressed. Let’s talk, therefore, fundamentally about Covid rewards and hiring.
As regards the Covid bonus, Pulito has guaranteed that from next week it will send the lists of eligible workers, i.e. those who worked during the pandemic, to the ASL.
While on the topic of hiring, the administrator intends to take a first step forward with the hiring of 17 auxiliaries/cleaners, already winners of a 2021 competition, but for whom the Puglia Region had then blocked their hiring at due to the repayment plan. The second stage will instead concern the completion of the staff of 118 rescuers and drivers/rescuers, hired in Sanitaservice with the internalization which took place in May 2023 (in which 384 units were expected). But, as is well known, there are currently 40 units missing, for which the administrator of Sanitaservice has declared that he intends to proceed quickly with the issuing of a public notice.
