Malavasi: “It is urgent to implement a reform of the health professions”

“We need to carry out a comprehensive reform of the health professions”. As Ilenia Malavasimember of the XII Social Affairs Commission of the Chamber of Deputies, speaking at the event “Health Agenda: for a participatory, sustainable and fair reform”, promoted by The Bridge Foundation, University of Milan and University of Pavia.

“We need to enhance these professions from a salary and work organization perspective – continued Malavasi -. It is also necessary to take into consideration the evolution of these professions in light of technological innovation and digitalisation”.

Again Malavasi: “The issue of resources remains decisive for a real strengthening and protection of the National Health Service. In this sense, we need greater transversality to face the numerous challenges we face.”
