The accident in viale Trento. The collision, at high speed, left the young motorcyclist no escape. The driver was also injured
The motorcyclist was just 21 years old of Vicenza died shortly after 6pm in an accident happened for a long time viale Trento, at the point where the road crosses with Via Col d’Echele. A Panda was also involved in the collision, whose driver was injured.
The resuscitation attempt
The firefighters were immediately rescued, arriving from the station and making the vehicles safe. In the meantime Suem medical staff attempted to resuscitate the boy to the ground. Life-saving maneuvers were repeated for several minutes but there was nothing to be done: the young motorcyclist died instantly and the doctor could only declare his death.
The injured man in hospital
The motorist injured, he was instead transferred to San Bortolo hospital for the appropriate treatment: it would not be in danger of life. Local police officers were present to carry out investigations into the accident, in order to define its dynamics, and to manage traffic: Viale Trento currently remains cordoned off and closed to traffic.
