In a program like the island, fire is fundamental: it is used to cook food, to illuminate during the night and to warm up if it is cold.
Sparks fly between Rosanna and Artur
During the seventh episode of the survival reality show, the castaways were divided into two teams: red and blue. After arriving on the new atoll, Samuel gave some instructions: “Tomorrow morning we will divide the tasks: who wants to fish, who wants to get wood and so on. I would like there to be collaboration between us, less hassle and more facts because I don’t know how long we should go on but let’s try to stay together.”
The following day the red team tried to light the fire, but failed.
After several attempts there was also a back and forth between Arthur Dainese And Rosanna Lodi with the latter stating: “I don’t argue, but everything we do stops us. If you are capable then do it.” Dainese replied: “I’m just saying how it’s usually done, if you don’t want me to help you I’ll step aside”: Then you explained that you weren’t able to do it with the new knife made available by the production. Seeing yet another discussion, Edoardo Franco commented on Rosanna’s attitude: “A continuous complaint”. In the confessional, Samuel commented on the discussions that took place within his team: “The disagreements were dictated by the fact that we all wanted to light the fire immediately.”
Then he added: “We were worried because having never done it between us, we didn’t know if we would have succeeded.”
Greta to the blue team: ‘The more united we are, the further we go’
Unlike the red team, the blue team led by Greta Zuccarello It seems to have started better. Once they arrived on the new portion of the island, the leader made a small speech to her reality TV companions: “I’m happy with this team. All of us can say what we say about her, but in my opinion, the more united the further we go”.
In the confessional Valentina Vezzali stated: “I am happy to be part of this team and with Greta I am convinced that in the next few days we will have the opportunity to clarify”. Instead, the following day Edoardo Stoppa managed to light the fire. Since the program began, Stoppa has managed to light the flame four times.
