02.04.2024 – 14.24 – A story of entrepreneurial foresight and a strong bond with the territory: this is that of the Despar store in San Lorenzo Isontino (GO) which, after many years of management by the entrepreneurs Alessandro and Zita Flebus, passes to the “Gallo Rosso” company, a consolidated partner of Despar in the region.
The San Lorenzo Isontino sales point affiliated with Despar Nord (Aspiag Service), dealer of the Despar brand for the Triveneto, Emilia-Romagna and Lombardy, thus becomes part of the network of the “Red Rooster” Society becoming the Gallo’s fifth sales point in the region, after those of Corno di Rosazzo, Trieste, Gorizia and Udine.
The change of management of the historic shop in the Isonzo municipality was celebrated today with an inauguration ceremony attended by the Mayor of San Lorenzo Isontino, Ezio Clocchiatti, the Parish Priest Don Bruno Sandrin, the entrepreneurs of the Società Gallo Rosso Christian Lorenzutti, Ivan Demma and Loris Furlanich, together with the historic owners Alessandro and Zita Flebus, and Fabrizio Cicero, Affiliate Sales Director of Despar Nord.
A new beginning for the Despar store in San Lorenzo Isontino with a passing of the baton between two entrepreneurial realities that share the same link with the territory of Friuli-Venezia Giulia and the same values of closeness and closeness to customers which represent the beating heart of the history of this shop.
An affinity of views which sees, on the one hand, two entrepreneurs – Alessandro and Zita Flebus – who for over 50 years with commitment and dedication have dedicated themselves to commercial activity in various municipalities in the region, as well as in the historic shop owned by San Lorenzo Isontino managed for 27 years, becoming a point of reference for the local community. On the other hand, the Gallo Rosso Society which has chosen to take up their baton, allowing this historic commercial business to continue to offer a local service to the inhabitants of the Isonzo municipality and guarantee employment continuity for the 9 collaborators.
The new acquisition of the San Lorenzo Isontino store is also a confirmation of the growth strategies of Despar Nord (Aspiag Service) and its affiliates, oriented towards maximum quality, an excellent purchasing experience and an even stronger proximity to the territory.
In the shop there are departments of gastronomy, characterized by a kitchen capable of also carrying out express preparations, of butcher’s with a special ripener for maturing meat, bakery and pastry shop with fresh bread and confectionery products prepared by a local supplier, a large area with self-service counters and for take away products, as well as a well-stocked department dedicated to wines (The Gallo Cellar), where customers can count on a high choice of references, with many labels coming from the cellars of Friulian producers. Particular attention is then dedicated to local products and from short supply chains which enhance the excellence and peculiarities of the region’s production.
