The related items Nintendo Switch 2, or in any case a new model of the Grande N hybrid console, are getting louder and louder, and this time it seems that there is more meat on the fire than usual. In fact, we are talking about two new high-definition images leaked on Twitter: the first shows the box of what looks like the new Nintendo console in a promotional illustration, while the second would appear to be the photo of the related instruction manual open on the page which talks about the new controller model, i Joy-Con 2.
The Twitter user showed the images online @NintendogsBS, who made these posts on July 12. User posted Nintendo Switch 2 box is good to have a can design preview of the new console, which will present a completely new and more aesthetically pleasing user interface, while taking up the minimalist idea of the previous console, in addition to the new dock on which to place the console and the Joy-Con 2.
The latter are described in the second image posted by the user, which shows the photo of Italian instruction manual opened on the relevant page. The page in question first illustrates how to insert the new controllers on the sides of the console, in a very similar way to what happens with the current Switch, and then talk about the compatibility between Nintendo Switch 2 and the old Joy-Con. Indeed, it seems that these are compatible only in wireless mode, as the new ones have a different connection to the console which allows it to be moved along an axis to ensure “ergonomics and symmetry in both horizontal and vertical use”.
Of course, most of the users on the web started discussing whether these are real images or not. For now, we can’t say much about it until we receive it official information by Nintendo itself, but there is no doubt that in case it would be a fake of really excellent quality (and all Italian). Considering that the console could be released in the first quarter of 2024, can we perhaps expect some more information in the fall?
