The first leg semi-finals of the Rugby Serie A were played over the weekend and up for grabs are two places in the final which is worth promotion to the Serie A Elite, the top Italian oval ball championship. And with 80 minutes still to play, Lazio and Cavalieri PratoSesto have put a good bet on the last act of the tournament.
There Lazio is one step closer to the final on June 1st thanks to the away success achieved at the Payanini Center in Verona by 26-8 in the first round of the semi-finals of the second national division. The Biancocelesti won four points, without conceding any to the Scaligeri, and in a week they will be called upon to defend their advantage on the home pitch of the “Giulio Onesti” of Rome.

An important 5-0 for the Tuscans, with the Piedmontese having to try to overturn their deficit on their home pitch in a week’s time to continue dreaming of a quick return to the top flight after last year’s relegation.
