Gallery: Ferrari SF-24 2.0 on track at Fiorano

Today Ferrari began recording for the second seasonal filming day, bringing the SF-24 to the track in its new aerodynamic guise, but not only. In fact, from Miami the Maranello Red also dyes itself a little white and blue with the HP sponsor, modifying the livery especially in the front and rear wingsgiving visibility to the new partner with the logo clearly visible also on the upper part of the bonnet. He was the first to hit the track Charles Leclerc and the focus is entirely on the substantial package of updates that the technicians led by Enrico Cardile have studied and will officially introduce at Imola.

Charles Leclerc and the ‘new’ SF-24 in Fiorano

The car that took to the track today is a new one. All the innovations that will be brought to the track in Imola were immediately mounted on the SF-24: new inlets, modified underbelly, completely revised bottom plus some ‘minor’ changes to aerodynamic appendages along the SF-24, front and rear wing. Ferrari thus takes advantage of this filming day to test the innovations, revealing what will be its new technical look that it will show off from the Emila Romagna Grand Prix and which aims to overtake McLaren and shorten the gap to Red Bull.

This morning it was Charles Leclerc’s turn to cover his available 100km, while in the afternoon he passed the baton to Carlos Sainz. The Monegasque took to the track with the SF-24 and greeted the fans present, numerous as always, in Fiorano. It was up to him to collect the first sensations and carry out the advertising shoot for which this filming day officially takes place, also presenting the new title sponsor, HP, presented just before Miami. In the afternoon the Spanish teammate continued the technical and commercial work.
