A few days after the arrival online of the new photo from the set of Thunderbolts* with Sebastian Stan returning to the role of Bucky Barnes, new rumors emerge relating to the plot of the long-awaited crossover of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
According to the famous insider Alex Perez of The Cosmic Circus, in fact, in Thunderbolts* the OXE group will debut in the MCUa secret organization linked to Countess Valentina Allegre: it is not clear what her role will be in the film, but the arrival of the OXE in the MCU could have important implications for the future of the saga.
In comics, in fact, OXE is described as the largest holding company in the world and has ties to the secretive Kratos Club, “a group of multimillionaire industrialists whose goal is to use their influence to pull the world’s strings.” The most recent incarnation of the group is known as OXE and is affiliated with the Outer Circle, another organization that has influenced the world from behind the scenes by controlling global politics and government. With Captain America: Brave New World – initially titled New World Order – arriving almost concurrently with Thunderbolts*, It’s possible that dark forces are at work in the political world of the MCU.
