After the director George Miller explained why Anya Taylor Joy had to replace Charlize Theron, the new film Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga has returned to show itself for the last time in view of its release in cinemas with the explosive final trailer.
The film, lasting a minute and a half and dedicated to the announcement of ticket sales in the United States, is available at the bottom of the article and start the engines on the first, epic adventure of the young Furiosawho after being kidnapped by the Warlord Dementus (played by Chris Hemsworth) and taken away from the Green Place of the Many Mothers, swears revenge against the leader of the Biker Horde: the official reviews are still under embargo, but the first reactions on social media they were very positive, including the review of Furiosa written by Edgar Wright, director of Shaun of the Dead and Baby Driver and always a super-fan of George Miller.
The Australian director wrote the screenplay with Fury Road co-writer Nico Lathouris. The director’s behind-the-scenes creative team includes first assistant director PJ Voeten and second unit director and stunt coordinator Guy Norris, director of photography Simon Duggan (Hacksaw Ridge, The Great Gatsby), the composer Tom Holkenborgsound designer Robert Mackenzie, editor Eliot Knapman and visual effects supervisor Andrew Jackson.
The film, which will be released in Italy from May 24thwill also include a cameo from a new Mad Max, who will not be played by Tom Hardy.
