There is no limit to the imagination when cinema is involved. Nicolas Cage, FKA Twigs and Noah Jupe will play the Holy Family in horror style in The Carpenter’s Son by Lotfy Nathan. Here’s everything we know about the film in the works.
The director of Egyptian origins Lotfy Nathan he has a decidedly sui generis film in the pipeline. The author recruited Nicolas Cage, FKA Twigs, Noah Jupe (A Quiet Place) And Souheila Yacoub (Dune – Part Two) to tell the childhood of Jesus and the Holy Family in an unprecedented horror version. The feature film is titled The Carpenter’s Son and is produced by Cinenovo And Spacemaker. Cage is also among the producers on behalf of Saturn Films.
Deadline made it known that the film script is inspired by Apocryphal Gospel of the Infancy of Thomasdating back to the 2nd century AD, which tells the story of the first years of life of the son of God. Below is the official synopsis:
The Carpenter’s Son [letteralmente ‘il figlio del falegname’, ndr] tells the dark story of a family hidden in Roman Egypt. His son, known only as “the Boy”, is driven to doubt by another mysterious child and rebels against his guardian, the Carpenter, revealing innate powers and a destiny beyond his understanding. As he exercises his power, the Boy and his family become the target of horrors, natural and divine.

Furthermore, we will soon see her alongside Bill Skarsgard in the remake of The Crow .
