“As the League – underlines Marchetti – we believe the creation of the Node is fundamental for the development of Perugia and the entire region and we have already taken action with Minister Salvini to ensure that this work, desired by the majority of citizens and economic realities, is carried out. The divergences of the left regarding the Perugia Node are confirmation that their alliance is based solely on the desire to defeat the centre-right, certainly not on a common vision of the city”.
“The centre-right is a proven, structured and united reality and has demonstrated good governance for over twenty years at all institutional levels, while the Democratic Party and the 5 Stars share very little except the desire to return to governing the capital without a shred of planning, so who now struggle to hide their diametrically opposed visions on crucial issues such as infrastructure. Their victory in the local elections would drag Perugia into the abyss of administrative paralysis and inaction: the people of Perugia are aware of this and will not allow it”, concludes Marchetti.
