The Europe Direct Center Cuneo Piedmont south-west area, active at the Europe Desk and territorial development office of the Municipality of Cuneo, has announced a public notice for expression of interest for the direct assignment of the event organization and activity management service in the schools for the period September 2024 – December 2025.
The Center is a member of the Europe Direct network in Italy, which in turn is part of a family of centers at European level coordinated by the “DG COMM” of the European Commission. These centers help bring the European Union closer to citizens on the ground and facilitate their participation in debates on the future of the Union, answering questions on policies, programs and priorities, and organizing information and animation moments and activities. In this context, the organization and carrying out of activities aimed at promoting knowledge of community policies and disseminating knowledge of the functioning of the European Union are planned for the current five-year period (2021/2025), with the aim of disseminating the awareness of the role that the EU plays in the lives of citizens.
Within the budget of the Europe Direct Center Cuneo Piedmont south-west area, resources are therefore foreseen dedicated to the dissemination of the Center’s initiatives and the involvement of users in them, for the organization and implementation of which it is necessary to ask for support externally by an expert operator.
A public notice is therefore active on the website of the Municipality of Cuneo until 12pm on Thursday 23 May (servizionlinededagroup.comune.cuneo.it – Portale deiservizi (soluzionipa.it)) to explore the possibilities offered by the market to proceed with the direct assignment of the event organization and activity management service in schools for the period September 2024 – December 2025. Among the specific requirements to participate it is necessary to have proven experience in the field of promoting knowledge of the European Union and in organizing events in schools of all levels.
