BeKings and Turin together for the “Invincibili Kup

TOURNAMENT – The organizational machine has already started: the Under 11 and Under 10 categories are involved, they will be played on Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th September on the fields of Pro Eureka, Gassino San Raffaele and Caselle. The membership of Benfica, Real Madrid, Manchester City, CSKA Moscow, Inter, Milan, Fiorentina and many other clubs from across Europe is already official.

“Invincibles Kup – Coppa Grande Torino”. In honor of the older ones, starting from the little ones. Under the gaze of the Invincibles, the young champions of tomorrow will compete, keeping the memory of the Grande Torino alive.

This is what we read on the social networks of BeKings, a company that organizes international tournaments (and everything that revolves around it, on a logistical and tourist level) headed by Giorgia Contu and Marco Mameli. But there is not only the BeKings lion on the poster of the “Invincibili Kup”, because Torino FC is the official partner of the event, in collaboration with Pro Eureka, Gassino San Raffaele and Caselle, i.e. the three base camps that will host the matches. The categories involved are Under 11 and Under 10 (i.e. 2014 and 2015, in the next sports season), the dates are also official: Friday 27 September, the day of arrival of the teams, and then everyone on the field on Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 September.

It will be an event with large numbers, which will involve hundreds of teams, both amateur from Piedmont and other regions (the possibility of organizing an elimination phase the previous week will be evaluated based on registrations) and professional. With a great work in the shadows led by Aldo Bratti, official memberships have already arrived from all over the world: Benfica – the club with which Grande Torino played the fateful friendly match could not be missing -, Real Madrid, Manchester City, CSKA Moscow, Dinamo Zagreb, Nice and Lausanne. Among the Italian professionals, in addition to Torino, there will be Inter, Milan, Fiorentina, Parma, Spezia, Lucchese, Renate and Pro Vercelli.

Not just football: the “Invincibili Kup” will be a real event for the whole of Turin, comparable to the large events to which the city is now accustomed (see the ATP Tennis Finals), given the thousands of people – players, staff and families – which will come from all over Europe. Hotels, restaurants, buses and tourist attractions are already alerted, there will certainly be considerable traffic in the direction of Superga. And surrounding events are also being evaluated: given the presence of Torino, the initial parade could start from Piazza d’Armi and also involve the Olympic Stadium, named – not by chance – Grande Torino.
