Rocco Papaleo returns to Capitanata with his ‘Divertissment’. This time the appointment is in Cerignola on Sunday 12 May at 6.30pm at ‘Roma Teatro Cinema e…’. The show is part of the Mercadante Theater season.
Here’s what Papaleo says about the Acoustic Trio show.
“It’s a diary that collects thoughts from different days to browse at random. Short notes, half-finished rhymes, words that were looking for music, funny stories or that appear so to me when I reread them now. It’s not that a diary contains a life, but certainly, inside, you find things that belong, and in my case the risk that some of those pages were worth making ears of, to reopen them every evening to those who want to listen”.
Papaleo’s show enters the season’s billboard replacing ‘Il vedovo allegro’ by and with Carlo Buccirosso, whose cancellation from the billboard is official, “cancellation of which the Mercadante Theater – we read in a note from the Theater’s press office – is absolutely extraneous, but which is associated exclusively with an arbitrary decision by the ‘Ente Teatro Cronaca’ Production“.
