POZZUOLI – Pozzuoli’s traders and restaurateurs cannot find peace. After the pandemic and bradyseism, the Giro d’Italia is now coming to deliver yet another blow. The reason? The closure of all roads starting from 1pm (and until 6pm) which will not allow travel. The event, which on the one hand gives visibility, on the other will bring local commercial activities to their knees for a day and in particular restaurateurs who have been forced to deal with hundreds of cancellations arriving for communion parties booked in last months. Added to this is Mother’s Day which would have brought a surplus of customers to the premises tomorrow.
