The agents of the State Police of the Public Security Commissariat of Sanremo have arrested a twenty-seven-year-old Italian who was responsible for the crime of resisting and injuring PU and aggravated injuries to the detriment of a twenty-three-year-old resident in Pietra Ligure.
The facts date back to the middle of the night of last May 6th, around 3am, when a request for intervention from 112 triggered the intervention of a police car in via Martiri della Libertà due to an alleged dispute taking place inside a local.
Once on site, the officers tracked down three boys who were having a heated discussion. Reconstructing the facts, it emerged that one of the young people arrested, a twenty-seven-year-old Italian from Ventimiglia who was evidently tipsy, had just been removed from the premises for punching a twenty-four-year-old resident in the province of Savona with his fist in the face for no apparent reason before leaving the place. of what happened.
The signs of the attack he suffered were evident from the moment the officers arrived, with his face swollen and bleeding and, in particular, his right eye swollen and completely blocked and his nose bleeding.
Immediately rescued, the girl was transported to hospital, while the policemen blocked the perpetrator of the gesture who appeared to be uncooperative, violent and aggressive towards the officers, insulting them. With some difficulty, the young man was made to get into the service car but not before trying to resist this by attacking the police personnel with kicks and punches, causing injuries with a prognosis of 20 and 10 days, and also damaging the car.
The twenty-six year old was thus arrested for aggravated injuries towards the girl, who was then discharged with a prognosis of 30 days from the Matuzian hospital, due to the injuries and the unprecedented resistance posed towards the police officers. Subsequently, he was referred to the Judicial Authority in a state of freedom for the crime of contempt of a public official and for damaging the company car. At the end of the ritual acts, the young man, as ordered by the Deputy Public Prosecutor of Imperia, was accompanied to prison and made available to the Judicial Authority to validate the arrest.
Once the arrest was validated, the man from Ventimiglia was released and subjected by order of the Judicial Authority to the requirement of daily signature.
