auction open starting from 1800 euros

Ataf, Azienda Trasporti Automobilistici Foggia, a company owned by the Municipality, announces that on May 27th, starting from 9am, at the headquarters in via Motta della Regina, a public auction will take place for the sale of a single lot of 15 buses for scrapping with a starting price of 1800 euros. Only equal or increasing offers are allowed. These are ten Irisbus Italia model vehicles and five Bredamenarini buses.

The auction will be held at a single and final auction with the secret bid method to be compared with the starting price for the single lot, pursuant to art. 73, letter. C), RD 827/1924. We will proceed with a single experiment without an offer of improvement with an award even in the presence of only one valid offer, which will therefore be final at a single auction.

Bids for a price lower than the starting price will not be evaluated, nor will those conditioned or expressed in a generic or indeterminate manner. In the event of identical offers, a public draw will take place. The award ordered by the tender commission is provisional in nature as it is subject to approval by the competent deliberative body of Ataf.

Offers will be considered valid and binding for 180 days starting from the deadline for submitting the offer.

The means are intended to be sold in the state of fact and law of use and conservation in which they are found, exempting Ataf from any liability in this regard for hidden, apparent or non-apparent defects, or in any case deriving from the state in which they are found at the time of delivery.

Ataf SpA will be considered relieved from any responsibility relating to the viewing of the vehicles by the interested parties and collection of the same by the successful tenderers carried out at the indicated location and from any civil, criminal and administrative liability connected to the future use that the successful bidder will make the vehicles sold to him.
