RIETI – Now it’s official: the paths are separating between Rieti and the coach Fabrizio Ferazzoli. This was confirmed by a heartfelt press release, in which the club thanks Ferazzoli for the championship victory and for the professionalism he has shown, de facto considering him “one of the locals” for whom he will never fail to be welcome. The scenarios of the two entities therefore change: Rieti will plan a new season in Excellence by focusing on other figures (the new coach could be from Rieti), Ferazzoli is also waiting for some calls from higher categories, which will certainly not be long in arriving.
Because winning is never easy, it doesn’t happen every year and he, having reached his fifth career as a coach, is certainly not the last to arrive. The fact of having started again from Promotion, rather, was only to “get a running start again” and start again from much more ambitious categories. In Rieti then, very few people won and he, like Pirozzi, Paris and Parlato, has been officially included in the elite of winners since last April 28th.
The club note
With a hug and a handshake, the paths of Fc Rieti 1936 and Fabrizio Ferazzoli part ways. We don’t consider it a goodbye, rather a goodbye.
Because beyond the merely professional aspects, ‘on the field’ as they say, the relationship that binds us and that will bind us to Fabrizio in the years to come, will always be one of cordiality and affection.
Because Fabrizio, together with the players and the management and all the collaborators of the club, has officially entered the history of football in this city. And as such from now on it will always have a place in the hearts of those who lived day after day, match after match, difficulty after difficulty, the journey of a group and the exploits of a coach who ultimately ended the season in first place. Undefeated, albeit in two different steps, albeit with a dismissal in the middle, which in any case did not make a dent in the esteem and respect that have linked Ferazzoli to Fc Rieti 1936 since day one.
