ROME (ITALPRESS) – “Politics must be trust, we must demonstrate that we work together for the common good, we must look each other in the face”: for this reason Captain Ultimo, born Sergio De Caprio, removed the balaclava that protected the his identity and decided to take the field. Defeating the mafia “is something very feasible, politics must give different indications to destroy these serious phenomena which have also put us in difficulty from an economic and image point of view at an international level”. De Caprio spoke about it in an interview with Claudio Brachino for the column “Primo Piano – European Elections 2024” of the Italpress agency. “We want to build a different Europe, replace the big lobbies and the big states, which then lead us to wars that they will not be able to end: they are no longer credible. We would like Europe to be made up of Municipalities”, which can have “autonomous resources” and “the ability to plan: let’s take back the territories and create a truly united Europe from the base”, explained De Caprio, candidate for the Freedom of Cateno De Luca in the South, in the Center and in the North West.
