Off we go Monday 13 May at 9pm a new appointment with the format “Artemisia – women of the scene” of the Sanfra season – promoted by Mea Concerti in collaboration with the Municipality of Perugia at the San Francesco auditorium in Perugia – which will feature Frida Bollani Magoni piano and voice.
On stage the journey through the artist’s notes on piano and voice with unreleased songs that will alternate with great masterpieces rearranged for the occasion for an ever new result. The artist is guided by her boundless love for music, which has been the protagonist in her life since she was very young and which led her to have an artistic maturity at just 18 years old that she knows no equal. A unique talent, constantly growing and evolving, which manifests itself in all its power in live concerts.
Artemisia – women of scene is a project created thanks to the support of Diva International which is inspired by the figure of the talented painter Artemisia Gentileschi who in 1600 with great courage overturned the subordinate role of women not only with her innovative art for the time, but also for having had the courage to denounce the violence suffered by his colleague Agostino Tassi and bring him to trial, one of the first in history.
