“Yesterday morning the judge granted Matteo the extension of the current travel permit with the possibility for him to remain in Italy until 30 June 2024. We are waiting for the issuance of the official document, hoping to receive before our departure also the file with all the audio and video recordings regarding Matteo’s case. We therefore think we will be able to return to Italy towards the end of next week”, he explains.
The official protest of the Italian consul
