“I owe a big thank you to the team, they worked very well all year. I don’t know if we will work together again but this group must be cultivated, it must be made to grow and it has great margins for growth.

We tried to create a very specific mentality that went beyond results and we succeeded. Fighting mentality, desire to win. There were certainly some setbacks initially, but along the way we always improved.”
