A date written in the hearts of all Granata fans is May 10th. A day in which Salernitana celebrates two promotions to Serie A. In 1998 Delio Rossi’s team celebrated without excesses due to the recent flood tragedy that had hit the northern part of the province of Salerno, in 2021 Castori’s granata closed the circle in Pescara in front of a few close friends due to the limitations for the covid. In Salernitana there was a lack of control at all levels and the current situation reflects precisely this serious omission. The Dia case will forever be an example of how a footballer should not be managed and it also remains a mystery why, apart from the secretary Di Brogni, Iervolino’s club included only former players in the list of witnesses to support its theses. , De Sanctis and Liverani, and not even a single member of the team group still in the workforce. And, while waiting for the arbitration award, Salernitana remains in limbo regarding the future. Iervolino would have received various proposals, some close to becoming a binding purchase offer. The owner is tempted, he thinks about saying goodbye but he would like to be sure of leaving the club in good hands and, perhaps, even of not leaving it completely if among the hypotheses that circulate most insistently is that of the current player’s presence at Milan even with a new property, if this were to be the expression of a fund.
