Damiano and Massimiliano Carrara, the couple from I Pasticcieri, are the winners of “Pechino Express” on the Dragon’s Route. The two brothers were crowned in the final episode of the recently concluded Sky Original show produced by Banijay Italia, on Sky and streaming on Now, hosted by Costantino Della Gherardesca with his special correspondent Fru. In second place the Italian-Argentine couple Antonella Fiordelisi and Estefania Bernal. Third were the friends Maddalena Corvaglia and Barbara Petrillo.
The final was played with a tough fight between Pastry chefs against Italy Argentina. Damiano and Massimiliano and Antonella and Estefania, exhausted after a series of important trials, they recovered what remained of their strength, heading straight for the majestic rock of Sigiriya, an evocative place that dominates the emerald green expanses of Sri Lanka. And here, among a snake charmer and Naga Dance dancers dressed in traditional clothing, the two brothers from Lucca who have become pastry stars in America once again arrived first.
