FREE VENETO ROOM SERVICE OPERATOR COURSE

The free “Room Service Operator” course is organized in Venice from Engim Veneto.

The intervention aims to train professionals who work both in restaurant room, breakfast preparation, as well as bar, ice cream parlor and delicatessen service.

Among the profile activities to be covered: ordering and table service, cleaning and tidying up tables and chairs after use, restoring the room.

This is a GOL 3 “Reskilling” path.

TRAINING OFFER

Learners will learn content related to the following areas:

• carry out room service;
• manage the relationship with the customer;
• carry out the order;
• set up and rearrange the room and tables.

RECIPIENTS

They can participate in the course unemployed over 16, residents in Veneto and in possession of the Service Agreement and related GOL Check issued by the Employment Center Path 3 “Reskilling”.

Minors must have completed the compulsory education.

PLACE AND DURATION OF THE EDUCATIONAL COURSE, FINAL CERTIFICATE

The course will take place at the headquarters of Engim Venice starting from May 2024 For 160 hours, to which they are added 3 months of internship.

At the end of the course a certificate of attendance.

ENGIM Veneto ETS Foundation is a non-profit foundation. It is inspired by the charisma of San Leonardo Murialdo and, in fact, adheres to the National Josephites of Murialdo Association.
