Training Project changes: René Benzo new sole director.
Rene Benzo is the new sole director of the Progetto Formazione company.
The assignment lasts three years.
This was communicated by the Presidency of the Region which met today, Thursday 9 May in an extraordinary session.
Training for more than 25 years
Last year, the private company, with public capital participation which is financed through European funds (it does not receive funds from the regional administration) celebrated 25 years.
Since last year, Progetto Formazione has been profoundly transformed, finalizing the Campus project on the university style for the children who attend the Professional Education and Training courses and continuing its mission of professional and continuous training for private individuals, public bodies and companies of our region.
The council designated Benzo; the shareholders’ meeting called for Monday 13 May will ratify the appointment of the new sole director.
Once the mandate expires, the outgoing president Pier Maria Minuzzo he did not say he was available for a new three-year assignment, “due to other professional choices” explains Minuzzo.
The Executive also appointed Ezio Guidetti, president of the Board of Statutory Auditors.
The effective mayors are Giacomo Biancardi And Gabriella Gargiulo; Antonio Carlo Franco And Katia Laurent they are alternate auditors.
Born in 1966, graduated in Political Sciences, with numerous experiences in the management of private and public companies, Benzo is currently director of the Ollignan System Foundation of Quart and is a teacher of Law and Economics at the Institut Agricole Régional.
By accepting the role of sole director of Progetto Formazione, he will have to resign from the Ollignan System Foundation, in compliance with the rules dictated by the National Anti-Corruption Authority.
