A new restaurant with a proposal never presented in Sanremo it is about to open in the city of flowers. A real ‘Fast food’ but with different ingredients than usual, with the ownership aiming for fresh products and a one-of-a-kind offer.

It’s about the ‘Plato’s bar and grill’, a place that is being set up in via Martiri 56, where until a few months ago there was a bakery. The new restaurant will have some reference dishes that are part of Greek and Albanian cuisine. Especially the ‘Gyros’i.e. pork or chicken meat similar to kebab, which is served in the ‘Greek Pita Breada sort of thicker piadina.

Will also be served ‘Byrek’, an Albanian specialty made with phyllo dough, meat and vegetables but also spicy meatballs, always inspired by Greek cuisine. The restaurant will also offer burgers, chips, chicken wings and other dishes, all freshly prepared and with fresh products.

A fast food with a Mediterranean twist which will also feature the self-service or take away formula with the possibility of also watching football matches on large screens. It will in fact be the first restaurant in Sanremo with specialties related to Greece and to theAlbania. It will open in the first days of June, in a completely renovated location, open 12/24.
