In recent days, two people of Albanian nationality were arrested in flagrante delicto in Villafalletto, by agents of the Flying Squad of the Cuneo Police Headquarters. This is a 33-year-old man, VR, and the latter’s mother, VD, fifty-six years old. The charge is possession for the purpose of trafficking of narcotic substances.
During an observation and control service in the area, the officers noticed that the young man met, near his home, a boy already known to the police as a drug user and that a fleeting exchange took place between the two. Blocked, VR was subjected to a personal search, which was subsequently extended to his home, despite the resistance of the interested party, who was therefore also investigated for the crime of resisting a public official. Inside the house, together with the accused’s mother, 73.46 gross grams of cocaine were found, plus 53.27 gross grams of cutting substance, two precision scales and cash for 1070 euros. What was found was subjected to criminal seizure, while the man was taken to the prison in Cuneo and the woman was placed under house arrest in his home.
