The municipal administration, in the framework of Reduced of the Masini Theatrecalled the Accommodation facilities working table of Faenza to start a phase of sharing on tourism strategieswith the aim of refining the promotion of the territory.
A strategically important meeting given that the companies in this sector represent thefirst line of encounter with tourist flows and, due to their knowledge of visitor requests, they actually take on the role of the first business card of a place suited to tourism.
During the comparison they were the events that the Municipality of Faenza will host in the coming weeks were presented, from the historic passage of a stage of the Tour de France to the events related to ceramics, Buongiorno Ceramica and Argillà Italia.
The Romagna Faentina tourist portal will be launched within the year
Among the first innovations presented was also the one linked to the creation of the digital tourist portal of the Union of Municipalities of Romagna Faentinawhich will be created within the year and will be presented as a tool that can be used both by those who intend to visit our territory and by those who work in the tourist accommodation sector, containing useful information, itinerary proposals, experiential proposals and information from our territory.
In the first meeting of this Roundtable, whose discussions will continue in the future, many interesting ideas also emerged from entrepreneurs which the administration will take into due account when developing future strategies and actions.
Present at the event were administrators, manager Benedetta Diamanti and officials of the Tourism Service, representatives of the Pro Loco of Faenza, of ‘If Imola-Faenza’ and of the trade associations of all sectors.
