Prato’s catering is told on TV Prato: the format “In the kitchen from…” is launched

Life stories, stories of challenges, stories that tell the love for food and for a profession: that of catering. From Monday 13 May, at 8.05pm on TV Prato, the appointment is with the format “In the kitchen from…”. A journey into the culinary tradition of Prato through the voices of the protagonists of the sector in our province.

The broadcast, created by Tv Prato in collaboration with Confesercenti Prato, is officially part of the “Vetrina Toscana” project, the initiative of the Region and Unioncamere Toscana which promotes restaurants and food shops that use local products, as well as actual producers . To date, the members are divided into over 1000 restaurateurs, 300 food shops and 150 producers.

The program will be hosted by journalist Giulia Ghizzani; filming and editing by Noemi Ester Romani. Each episode will be characterized by two parts: a first part dedicated to the interview with the restaurateur of the week, followed by the preparation of a typical dish of the restaurant.

A different way to learn more about the activities and entrepreneurial stories of the protagonists, to rediscover tradition in a modern key and to enhance the excellence of the province of Prato. Every Monday evening, therefore at 8.05 pm, there will be space for “In Cucina da…” on digital terrestrial channel 75 and in streaming on tvprato.it. Repeat on the Tuesday following the broadcast, at 1pm.
