Sabrina Janin she is the new president of Aosta Factor. She takes over from Jean Claude Mochet. The appointment arrived today during the ordinary shareholders’ meeting, called for the approval of the budget as of 31 December 2023.
The Company, 79.31% owned by Finaosta and the remainder by Banca Popolare di Milano, closed the 2023 financial statements with a profit of euro 2,543,246 and a turnover achieved of 1,405.8 million euros, up 13.6% compared to 2022.
In addition to Janin they are part of the Board of Directors Genny, Bouc, Mattia Sisto, Jean Gadino and Luca Merano.
For the Supervisory Body, the president is Claudio Vietti and the acting auditors are Alda Frand Genisot and Giacomo Biancardi.
