The absence of the specialist has transformed the lives of these families into a real ordeal. The regional administration must provide us with a clear and complete picture of the professional figures that are missing – concludes Saiello – promptly announce new open-ended competitions or provide a fixed-term public notice to make up, immediately and permanently, for the lack of specialists in child neuropsychiatry”.
