Sulmona, Santangelo and La Porta visiting the Fermi High School

SULMONA (AQ) – “I was pleasantly impressed by the educational and training offer of theEnrico Fermi High School Higher Education Institute of Sulmona because it presents an innovative learning model that allows students to acquire skills and competences that can be used in the world of work and throughout their lives”. According to the regional councilor for education, Roberto Santangelo who, today morning, 8 May 2024, visited the Sulmona school together with the councilor Nicoletta La Porta.

“With classrooms equipped for music, cinema, augmented reality, radio and even a Green classroom equipped with the latest generation greenhouse, the Institute demonstrates that it has implemented national indications regarding the value of the teaching environment to facilitate development of students’ abilities. In fact, adequately set up spaces allow for transversal learning of disciplines and encourage participation and creativity, for a school that actively opens up to the current social and economic context. The enlightened guide of the Headmaster, Luigina D’Amico, makes the Fermi Institute a school worth taking as an example,” concludes Santangelo.
