The friendship between the two
Morgan explained the background that brought the two artists to the Ariston stage. “I found myself in a situation where I had to emerge to say enough is enough. Bugo begged me for ten years, just because he wanted to be taken to the Sanremo Festival and become famous. I was friends with him, so I took him there”. Then he continues: “Once we got on that stage, however, he made me rude. He ruined Sergio Endrigo’s song, he didn’t respect me because he didn’t give a damn. She decided to sing the whole piece, when we had rehearsed differently. He had to sing one part of the song and I had to sing the other“.
